We do not guarantee enquiries will convert to visits, bookings, or transactions. Visibility metrics and lead volume can vary by market, season, and content quality; these are not grounds for refunds.
Email houseebox@gmail.com from your registered email with subject “Refund Request”. Include order ID, payment date, and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
This policy doesn’t limit rights available under applicable law. Disputes are governed by Indian law; courts at Kochi, Kerala.
