1) Digital Services

Our offerings include digital listing plans, visibility boosts, and lead delivery for properties posted for sale or rent. These are intangible services that start once credits are consumed (e.g., on publish/boost/feature).

2) When Refunds Apply

• Unused credits: If you have not used any credits and request cancellation within 7 days of purchase, we can process a full refund.
• Partially used: Pro-rata refunds are not offered once any credit is used or a listing goes live, except in cases of duplicate payment or proven technical failure from our side.
• Plan expiry: Expired/unused credits are not refundable.
• Policy violations: If content violates Terms or law and is removed, fees are not refundable.

3) Leads & Outcomes

We do not guarantee enquiries will convert to visits, bookings, or transactions. Visibility metrics and lead volume can vary by market, season, and content quality; these are not grounds for refunds.

4) How to Request

Email houseebox@gmail.com from your registered email with subject “Refund Request”. Include order ID, payment date, and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5) Statutory Rights

This policy doesn’t limit rights available under applicable law. Disputes are governed by Indian law; courts at Kochi, Kerala.
