1. Nature of Service
Kerala Property Online (“KPO”, “we”, “our”, “us”) offers digital subscription plans that enable owners,
builders, and agents to list properties and receive enquiries. No physical products are shipped.
All benefits are delivered digitally within your account.
2. Delivery of Access (Activation)
- Instant for Free Plans: Free plans are activated immediately after confirmation.
- Paid Plans: Activation occurs immediately after successful payment and verification from our payment gateway.
- Delays: In rare cases (network/payment gateway delays), activation may take up to 15 minutes. If your plan is not active after 15 minutes, please contact support (see Section 8).
- Failed / Abandoned Payments: If payment fails or is abandoned, no activation occurs and no charges are applied by us.
3. Where You Receive the Service
All plan features (listing quota, validity, lead alerts, etc.) are available inside your
KPO account dashboard. You will also receive email confirmations at the address linked to your account.
4. Account & Email Requirements
- Please ensure your email is verified to enable property posting and receive alerts/receipts.
- It is your responsibility to maintain accurate contact details (email and phone) in your profile.
5. Invoices & Taxes
- On successful payment, a GST-compliant invoice (as applicable) is generated and emailed to you.
- Plan prices shown on the website are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated on the plan page at checkout.
6. Changes to Plan or Access Window
- Plan benefits (quota, validity, features) are as displayed at the time of purchase.
- If we temporarily suspend services for maintenance or upgrades, your remaining validity/quota is preserved.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
As our products are digital subscriptions, no physical shipping is involved.
Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where permitted, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
8. Support
- Activation not reflected? Log out and log back in. If the issue persists beyond 15 minutes, contact support with your payment reference.

9. Disclaimer
We strive for uninterrupted digital delivery; however, activation may be impacted by third-party payment gateways,
telecom/email providers, or internet connectivity. KPO is not liable for delays caused by such third parties, but
we will assist in resolving them promptly.
